Knock KNOCK!...whos there?

General question here. When people blow their motors, this is due to too many counts of knock right? So if knock was completely controlled, the engines internals live? (Im just talking about from knock, not heat, low oil, water etc.)

Also, knock controllers... I have heard of some J& (something) knock sensor that also retards the timing or something when a dangerous ammount is found. If so, why doesnt everybody use this on all modded engines?

Well, no, not really. The stock ECU already has knock control built in, and it's very good, but people still manage to blow the motors from running too much boost, stretching the rod bolts (spin a rod bearing), running too much timing or too lean AFRs, or from overrevving (missed shift - stretches rod bolt), etc.

You don't need to buy a knock controller - the stock ECU has very good knock control as mentioned above.
