new evo guy

im looking to buy an evo but not sure wat year and stuff and want it to come with some upgrades, im looking to spend around 16 to 18 grand please help me out new to evos.im going up to bpoise state next year for school and want a fast car that can do work in the snow and i have driven one and they are great

try to find a stock one with low miles. alot of times modded ones have some issues due to improper matience or install of mods. shoot for the newest year in your budget. I would go for at least a 04, but 05 and 06 are ideal. follow the basic mod path found all over this forum and you will have a solid car

i know u sxaid look for 2004 above but i was looking at this evo can you tell me wat u think?

im new here too
i saw the link of the blue evo but its better if you buy a used stock evo than some one that built it because you dont really know what the person did to it and even though it sounds like a great deal in the long run its going to be better with stock and build it on your own because im looking for a used evo 9 MR that has low miles on it. if its a little bit modded and nothing that major you should look it up
