I got a mail form evo seller but I'm mot sure this process is right or wrong ?
Still I can't trust because I haven't experienced yet this situation.
Can you guys check this process ?
In the mail,
.......go over the paperwork, and go to my local bank branch for verification. You'll need to bring a cashier's check payable to (seller's name-I changed) from your bank. My bank can only verify your funds if the cashier's check is in my name. Once funds are verified, we complete the bill of sale document. With the bill of sale and keys in hand, you take the car home. My bank in GA overnights the payoff to my finance company (the title is at their PA location). The finance company releases and overnights the title to me, I sign the title over to you and overnight it up to your address in Michigan. So you receive the title in Michigan in about 3 days from the time you take the car.
Also, what is PA location ?
