I'm a new evo owner and used to have an srt4 w/ k&n CAI and 3" turboback exhaust. When I put the intake on, it made the bov extremely noticable, is the evo about the same decibel when you change to say an ingen intake? Also, where can I get the JDM MR DV? I'm still trying to debate what addons I wanna get for the car, but could somebody help me out?

As soon as you put on an open element filter and a hard intake pipe, the BOV will be loud (IMO).
You can pick up the MR valve here;

As far as other addons;
