Running Rich and hesitation on my New Evo 8

Hey guys.

I'm new to the forum. Just purchased a 2005 EVO 8 MR this past week and already experiencing some issues.

Car is throwing a "Service Engine Soon" light which comes up as a "Running Rich Bank 1" code and my engine is cutting out in all gears at around 5000 rpm. Boost never seems to get above 10psi Wide Band AFM guage is looking rich as well.

Car is lightly modded. I'm still itemizing all the bolt-ons, but there are some Injen MASS Air Flow pipes, Intercooler piping, Upgraded BOV, manual Boost Controller.

After some searches on here and around the web it appears i should change the spark plugs and look for boost leak in and around the exhaust manifold/header, and exhaust pipes.

Any other suggestions before I dive into this tommorrow? I'm hoping it's just the spark plugs, but I doubt it.

Can't really find a tuning shop in my area Milwaukee/Racine, Wisconsin area.
