that is a cheap knock off of a greddy type-s. i wouldn't use it, because its not authentic. the bottom one is from the intercooler pipe and the other port goes into the intake just like the stock one. Unfortunatly that flange on the BOV will not let you put it on your car because its too big. You will only use the top Vac line for the BOV leave the other one open. Also make sure the diaphragm isnt torn because that is the weak link to that style BOV. i run a true greddy Type-s on mine and i love it.

Dood, not buy and/or put this on your car.... this is straight KNOCK OFF!! :X UNLESS, you like Knock off stuff on your car and when it fails, DO NOT blame ANYONE, but yourself. :\ And dood, the stock BOV does pretty good until you hit 25+psi.
So if i were, i would keep it stock. [:

Thanks for the heads up guys. Didn't put it on and yes the stock plastic one is crap! leaks at 10 psi according to my vaccum gauge lol. What about Forge? Do they make a decent BOV? And is the idle unstability really that bad on the evo with a VTA versus a recirculating diverter valve?

you will lose performance venting with a near stock or basic bolt on evo. get a evo IX valve and run that until you go big!
