Worth the money or no?

Hey guys, this is my first post on here, and i am looking at getting rid of my SRT-4 and buying an EVO. Been looking locally and so far this one looks to be the best. So with that being said, what do you think? is the car worth the money? and what sort of things should i check when i go look at it? any help/pointers will be greatly appreciated

it's an 8 with evo 9 front and rear taillights (nice) and looks to be SSL, but there's no stock sub in the trunk... might want to ask about that.

if the price were around 18k it would be more worth it, i would def try and talk them way down. other than that it looks good, only other thing is take a good visual look at the engine bay and underside of the car
