where can I find affordable parts?

does anyone know where I can find the vic-specific harness for the DLI2 ignition amplifier to match my evo? i already have the system, the wiring harness was just vandalized.

also i need a turbo manifold to mate to HKS' 2.3 stroker, and mate their GT42R turbo.

also the any references to a tune shop that knows what AWD turbo monsters like the back of their hand.
