so the clear coat on the top part of my wing has started peeling and i know there a few body shop guys on here so im wondering what i can do to fix this

have the wing clear-coated. take it to a shop.
unfortunately, it's a delamination of the clear over the carbon, no home remedies for that.

warranty claim could work as well

It should be covered under warranty - it's a very common problem. I had mine replaced under warranty a month ago.

ya the bad thing is im just over my warranty miles and it just started after i passed that point.
