On 9SR 2.4l it was race gas that was my misunderstanding.

^That sounds a bit more resonable, my friends 2.3L with a 35R did 485ish un-corrected (can't remember the exact number) down at Super Roopair on race gas and ~28 psi. So far this year it has done an 11.6 on 23 psi, any more and the tires break loose. Just on 23 psi he has trouble with breaking them loose, and that is without launch control or flat foot.

Evo's have launch control?

And a 35R with a 2.3 at 485 and race gas seems very underpowered from dyno charts I've seen. It should be putting that down with pump gas at 23.

This is at 5600ft not sea level on a extremly low reading dyno dynamics and @ 28 psi that is pretty good if you ask me. Put that up on a dyno jet or others and it would be well in the 500's.

That still seems extrememly low. And what is this dyno compared to to call it "low reading"? Comparing dyno's is impossible. No two dynos are alike, even same models.

I agree but the calculations between a dyno dynamics and a dyno jet are huge.

A better number to provide would be torque....and seeing the curve.

I know Justin is in as I have him reserved to do some tweaking on my map. Let's get a date set up (no sooner than July 1st).

July 7th/8th is our only divisional of the year for SCCA, and it's what qualifies us for Nationals. However, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the only Evo there besides Russ, and we're both tuned already...
