Eisenhower Tunnel

Im sure we ALL like to drive in the mountains, after all, our cars were designed for it. I like the Golden Gate state park to 6th ave loop. But, it's short, there's traffic, cops, and cyclists. I would like to suggest developing a larger loop that would include EisenHower Tunnel. A bunch of Evo's goin' through that tunnel at the same time would be AWESOME! Imagine the exhaust notes boomin' through there! Mothers would scream, an' children would cry! I also think it would make for a good video (I can probably set that up). CO' Evo owners represent EisenHower Tunnel style!

Would we all agree that summer is the best time? Somewhat less traffic, (no ski traffic), less gravel on the road, it'll be warm enough to get out somewhere an' hang out or w/ever. Also, if we figure it out earlier than later, I bet we could get a fairly large group to roll up there an' roll thru. Terrorize I-70 a li'l. Takers/Suggestions?

lol, sdfontanini......what would we do w/o Vin Deisel?......OK, so it's getting a li'l more interesting. I have a guy that was a film student, who has video taking apparatus's an' a lot of good ideas. He has done quite a bit of film work including; a BMW moto' commercial. So, he's got tripods that we can mount just about anywhere on a car. I think that it would be really cool to have our own video for this site, you-tube, an' ya never know what else could follow. So, the more EVO's the merrier! The more ideas the better. I'd like us all to get involved at least by chipping in their two-cents. I'm sure you guys can come up w/ a ton of sh!t that I haven't thought of. There's NO LIMIT to what we can do, it can be long or short. We can make a movie out of it if we want, (Hmmmm ). My friend is excited about this idea, an' it won't cost us a dime, (the more compilations he has in his portfolio, the better off he is to pursue it in the future.) What do you guys think of that? represent

sounds awesome! middle of the night would be good for the tunnel part, other than the fantastic amount of camera's that CDOT has for watching.

the rest of the cruise would be good anywhere, for good shots of multiple evo's, the highway would be the way to go.

can't really see lots of evo's on a two lane road other than stationary footage from the side of the road

I think some "night shots" are def' in order! Good idea. I've thought about those cameras within the tunnel. We'll do our best to stay within the "legal limits". That's why I thought of taking some shots on Hwy 6....we could probably get some more"technical" an' "risky" shots in some of those tunnels.
