Forge RS BOV

I have a Black Forge adjustable RS BOV for the Evo for sale... I used it for 15 miles only. Still very new... Have box and paperwork with it. Went back to IX Metal BOV after I fixed my semi-stalling issue...

$155 picked up... (Note* If you were there last weekend working on my tin can, I will let it go cheaper for your help... PM for details)

Cheers-
Erich

Actually, if anyone is interested in this and would rather have the shiny silver version, let us know, because then we could trade. I want the black one and have a silver one that I use now.

I am just wondering if a new BOV will help? It just seems to slap open realy hard if you let off in the upper RPMs with out shifting.(getting cut off while on the gas damn bad drivers)
here is a link to vivids Agency power BOV. This might help you see were its at and how it works.

I too have the black forge RS and it's a great valve to use especially if you're running high boost.

From the pictures I've seen the X uses the same valve as the IX so I would speculate that the Forge would work just fine. I might consider selling mine for the right price as well. It's practically new and I don't have much use for it as I don't ever have high octane in my car.

Ok, let me know Smokity Smokes. I'll pitch in $15 if it helps, since the black one is newer, and I really need a black one to go with my b00tiful black ETS IC pipes. Now, if only JohnEB had gotten the FMIC anodized black, I'd be set!.

Clay-

If you have a stock throttle body and/or intake manifold I'd be willing to work out a trade + cash...

Well, I still haven't run better than 12.30@107.99 at this altitude, and I ran it on 91+alky, so nothing to change yet, but I expect to improve when the local tracks open. I'm sure I'll do way better down near sea level next week, but that doesn't count up here. I already ran 12.000 on the East Coast 2.5 years ago many mods ago. Blah.
