Anyone think Buschurs high flow cat would pass emissions? I'm wanting to take my EVO for emissions but don't know if it would pass emmissions. Isn't the stock cat also a high flow cat?
something is seriously screwed up with your tune, the only way you're gonna pass is having someone check it out. NO reason you should fail with a stock exhaust on.

Whats likely screwed up with the "tune" is that some monkey got in there and did what monkeys do, and if your as stock as it sounds all you likely need is to have the proper OEM map loaded right back on. If you cant get someone to do that for you without "tuning" the car, feel free to swing by and I will help you out- no charge.
