Help - Can't Find an Amber Illuminated Receiver ?

Hey guys, like the title says, I'm looking for an Amber Illuminated stereo deck for my car.

Last night I changed my gauges and center A/C dash to illuminate in amber to match my gauge cluster, and now I need my Deck to match. Trying to change everything in the car to Amber color, still have the cigarette lighter, mirror controls and clock and I'm done.

Currently I've got a Pioneer P4600MP, which is a pretty good deck but it illuminates in blue. I took it apart last night and I have no idea where the light bulbs are located, so I couldn't change them.

I'd be willing to trade someone with some ca$h if anyone's interested. Looking obviously for a CD player, and I'd prefer to have MP3 playback capability.

If you don't have a deck you could trade, how about some suggestions where I could find a deck that illuminates in amber. I'm not really looking to spend above $200.

I have a stereo for sale if you want come by tonight and take a look at it. I think this one lights up blue tho. Not to sure It may have different color option.

I have one that matches the interior light, so I think amber. Selling it for 50 bucks nothing wrong with it. Just went to a different deck. Let me know..Ohh and you can change colors of it also to like 5 different colors.

Do you know what model that is? I think it's the Sony CDX-F5700 CD Receiver but I'm not totally sure...

Do you have a harness for it?

they sale the harness ar car toyz for like 15 bucks. Make sure you get the rright one though. there is two for our cars. one is mine the SSL and the reg. so if you have a factory sub make sure you tell them that.

Nope no Idea, BAMBAM knows more than I do about that. The deck came with the car and I moved over to a Dual Deck this Xmas and I beleive they gave me back the install kit since they just used the one in the car.

No idea on the model but I can get it later tonight when I go home.

Cool beans. I have an aftermarket Sub and amp installed currently so I'll need to specify that at CarToyz.

No you will not need to tell them that you have that. I did not know what model you have. You will be fine with the standard harness from them it is like 15 or 20 bucks... pretty cheap. If you need help I am free tonight.

Thanks for the heads-up. As for tonight, I'll be busy working at the Boys and Girls Club, but maybe this weekend or next week would work out. I've installed decks in the past, but it's been something like 10 years since my last one.

So far I've found the following Decks all have Amber / Orange Button options:

ALPINE:
- CDA 9887
- CDA 9883
- CDA 9861Ri
- CDA 9831

If Anyone's got an Alpine they want to sell, or trade, let me know.
