Not sure if you can have pics in the PM's but in the regular posts here's how it's done.

Your image has to be from a different webpage like photobucket.com or something. You can get the address of your image by simply right clicking on the picture and clicking on Properties. Once the window pops up, you'll see Address: this is what you copy and paste into the above script that's highlighted in blue.
And don't forget to put a forward slash on the second part of the tag, and that's all there is to it.
