I need a big turbo Evo 9 guy.......

Hello All,

Some of you know that I tune. Most of you do not know that I also do a lot of product testing for a couple companies in the aftermarket community.

One of these companies is a little place called Cosworth. If you do not know who Cosworth is then you live in a cave.

I need someone with a big turbo Evo 9 to help in testing a prototype set of cam shafts. You will recieve free labor to put them in and you get to keep the cams. The other requirement is that you have to have adjustable exhuast cam gear.

Let me know if anyone is interested. Turbo size needs to be in the GT35R range or bigger and you will need a standalone. The cams we are testing are huge and they will not work on stock ECU.

Thanks for all of your help guys,

Mitch Mckee

I have a set of evo 8 and evo 9 cams for testing. Let me know if you want to work something out.

Mitch

I still need an Evo 9 with a big turbo. Let me know if someone has this setup.

I don't think anyone has a 9 with a big turbo. Lucas owner of cars has a 8 and 9 both bigger turbo's. The 8 has a 37r and the 9 has a 3076, I mean there may be a guy here in CO that has a sleeper evo that never posts or shows up to any meets but other than that, thats it. Most of the people that have a larger turbo have a 8.

Hmm. I think I already have a car for the Evo 8 Cams. If I do not hear from him by tomorrow anyone in to test these? I will of course tune the car for free.

I think I have the Evo 8 worked out maybe.

I am still looking for an Evo 9 though. If anybody knows of someone that wants to do it let me know. If not I have some customers in Phoenix that will probably do it.

Thanks for all the help guys,

Mitch M

JT will need a clutch and would need to crank up the boost with some real fuel, though.

JT is also on a stock bottom end and daily drives his car, so much more power than what hes running now on Cozzie cams might not be a good idea.
