I need some help choosing a coilover system....

Im trying to choose a coilover system. I'm looking for a coilover that is nice ride quality cuz my car is a daily driver. i dont use and i dont plan on using my car at the track. So just looking for a quailty coilover system to help the car handle a little better and to lower it and get it looking nice! Does anyone recommend APexi ExV, HKS Hipermax III, Megan, Buddy Club or another system they like? thanks for the help

I have the Helix adjustables...it's almost like the Megan's. Good for daily driving and spirited driving and even auto-x. It is stiffer than stock ride....and sometimes sucks for DD.....but mine is a DD and it's not horrible.

I found that the Cusco Zero2r was fairly streetable. Less harsh than the Tein Flex which I use.

I'm very happy with my Megans! Very acceptable for a street car, and very adjustable. For the price they're hard to beat

I wouldn't necessarily call them horrible, but if you're looking for a stock or smoother ride I'd definitely look elsewhere. Look on gruppe-s.com for the helix.

The helix are about the same price as the Megan. $850 is what I paid. Either set up is good. Wanted is right gruppe-s I think has them. If you can't find them then go with the megan.

I think the most awesome suspension set up is strut-less and cut springs... This allows you to perform a Josh maneuver to launch your car over a jack ass in front of you...

I kid of course...

yes rolled fenders will be needed for that. i can also help you with that, for a small fee off course... i did my own in my own garage and will be helping a few other guys. but i have the megans with 9.5" wide wheels +30 rears and 23 fronts, 245x18x40 tires and HAD to roll fenders all the way around. also running 2degrees of camber on the front and 1.25 on the rears. if you are scared of rolling fenders stay on the BBS' but i say man up and step up to some big boy wheels!

dont be jealous samantha, you can get a ride in my car too! in matter fact you can all get rides in my car, the more the better! wink wink
