Made the Switch to E-85 ***UPDATED w/DYNO GRAPH***

Today I went to Carz to get some fuel system upgrades and a tune for E-85. I ended up making exactly 323.4whp/323.4wtq at 23.9psi. My mods are as follows:

Megan Racing CB
Street Concepts High Flow Cat
TurboXS DP
Forge UNOS MBC
Cobb Intake
Aeromotive Fuel Rail
PTE 880cc Injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump

I was very pleased with the results for my fairly limited mods. It drives fantastic. Working with the Carz staff was very enjoyable. They were extremely professional, and they do great work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have added the dyno graph under the car pictures.

That is awesome!! Can I ask why you only went with 24 psi? I figured lots of people were doing e-85 and turning up the boost to like 27-28psi.

I am just watching what others do so I can see what kind of power the cars are making so I can see what my car will make on e-85.

I bet your IX on 24psi will make more than my VIII on 28psi...

my first tune on e85 when i was on 23.5psi i made 350whp but justin didnt want to go any higher because i didn't yet have head studs, but then i got head studs and cams and MORE boost!
assuming that is probably the same reason you stayed on the "conservative side" of your tune?
but good numbers for your mods. no doubt on that! plus the car looks good, loving the silver

There were really three reasons. First, Lucas didn't want to go over 24psi without head studs. Second, I am still on the stock clutch, and would like it to last a little longer before I upgrade. Third, this still gives me more power to look forward to without spending too much more money . Going from just a TBE, intake, and tune (with no MBC), this made for a nice power upgrade for me. I like working my way into more power. I am happy for now...we all know how long that will last.

I forgot about needing headstuds.

Please know I meant no disrespect....I was just curious.

I bet you your car is fast as hell

Hey Bam Bam.....I guess I can pretty much figure on the same hp as yours on e-85 right....cause you have stock 8 turbo and only 24 psi...right?
