More info on the new road course coming to Colorado

It's going to be 6.26 miles long all together!!!! This will consist of two circuits - a 3.72 mile circuit and a 3.17 mile circuit that can be used at the same time for separate track events, or combine the two for the 6.26 mile circuit. There will be substantial elevation changes with long straights and a variety of different types of turns... here, take a look at the proposed track layout and other info:

I can't wait until this track is built!!! Should be a great place to go race. I know they plan on having a 1/4 mile track there as well.

Man, I can't wait - we are basically going to LIVE there when it opens!! PMI is going to have to step it up and spend some money or lower their prices, otherwise we'll almost never go there...

I can't wait to just get on a track, I have only raced auto-x. So, when does PMI re-open?

Nick, if you're looking top get some track time, then you have to sign up for our first NASA event in March at PMI. It's in March, and you can get the full schedule at http://nasarockymountain.com. You could come and get your feet wet by signing up for HPDE1, which is the entry level class. You get a personal instructor for the whole weekend, so it's perfect for newcomers.
