We have excellent maguro. Toro is extremely expensive, and is not in very high demand, so we don't carry it. We used to, but it would go bad before we go through it all.
Please do Clay. We are the best japanese/sushi restaurant in the Springs. We have people that drive down from Denver on a weekly basis just to have what we got!
oh, btw, I'm off on Sunday and Tuesday nights. every other night, I'm there, so come on in and sit at the sushi bar and I will take care of you (that means anyone and everyone who comes in)
Better than AI and Fujiyama?!! Those are the only two I've been to, because Fujiyama is across the street from work, and AI is right by the big theatre.
Yup, we are. I don't know from personal experience, however, we do have customers that "shop around" and tell us that they try out different restaurants, but just keep coming back to us because our sushi tastes much better for the price you pay. My boss is big on serving food of quality ingredients
