Question about warrenty work

Has anyone here in CO had to take their evo in to dealerships for the tc to be replaced. Mine is starting to whine at higher speed around 80mph in neutral, in gear and on decel. I noticed it started doing this about 5 days maybe when i started to hear it. My other question any dealers here in CO that will do warrenty work with slightly modded evos.. all i have on my car is a catback exhaust, . .... my car is an 06 rs with barely over 30000 miles on it. Ive only launched a few times and dont run it to hard usually.. any suggestions would help. I most likely will put my stock exhaust on tomorrow and take it in monday to quality mitsubishi where I bought it.

well if you put your stoc one back on they and there are no other mods they don't have much of a choice.

quality will take care of it either way, talk to justin in service, good guy

catback doesn't affect, nor void warranty.

I heard Quality will screw you. My friend had his entire car voided....he had a problem with the 02 sensors. 8000 miles only..they pulled his VIN...saw he went to bandi...and said nope.....and flagged him.

P.S. he bought the car from them too.

How'd they know he went to Bandi? Do they have guys at Pueblo writing down VIN's at the NASA events etc?
