We should have our own little heads up pinks all out kind of thing, we could go to a track all together and race off for a prize if we could get brackets. Sounds like a fun thing to do, also maybe invite Sti's for alittle colorado title or something? Fastest AWD? Dunno but alot of talk about racing going on lets do it. I really would like to see sti's get stomped on also. Just throwing it out there because I dont know how much cash it would take to rent the track for a day but i would be interested in finding out.

With our numbers, it might be tough to rent the track, and it would have to be a weekday. Would we really want to try that? I'm not sure we can get enough people to PMP on a weekday, and Bandi is quite expensive in general. There have been events over the last few months that would have been great for us to do it, but we're a little late!

As an interim, we could perhaps just all plan to meet up at the track on the same Friday night for street drags. Elvis said he got _22_ runs 2 weeks ago on Fri Night. Last time I went, I got so many runs I had to stop myself, and I left early due to having so many runs already. We could line up with each other pretty easily at PMP as they have 4 staging lanes for Time-Only cars, and they are cool with setting match-ups.

You guys toss out more ideas, and I can work towards it. I will need probably 3 weeks before my car is back together depending on how long shipping takes to/from Shep.

Things should always be settled at the track and not on forums or with fists, so that would certainly be welcomed.

Just so you guys here are aware... CEvoC is sponsoring a grudge match track rental at Bandimere Raceway end of Sept. More details to follow...

This may end up being a 2-lane rental during a test and tune night.

I'm currently in consultations for a track rental BUT this may be cost prohibitive for such a young club money-wise. Connections are being made with the Bandimere higher ups to see what we can accomplish but it WILL happen with either a full rental or a 2-lane rental.

Nah, man, I haven't heard of a 2-lane rental. The drag strip only has 2 lanes, so I don't know what that means. I figured it meant 2 staging lanes, since they have 8 and usually fill up 6 on Wed TNT. Pardon me if it's obvious - I sometimes miss the easy answer while digging for more complicated ones.
