Springs where to get these done?

Still got about 5 months here in iraq.

any import tunning shops in Springs get these done at right price?
I need to change my oil, transmission, front and rear diff.
Need place that do really good job on tint, install alarm system.
Also my left side is slightly lower than right due to tighten differently(installed lowering spring myself and did not use torque wrench).

Also anybody want to exchange apex silver hood for my deft oem hood?
Hope my evo is in good condition when i go back home(in pueblo army storage).
I dont want to take my evo to dealership(dont want to take risk voiding my warranty)

I think he's just changing the fluids, not actually repairing or replacing the drivetrain parts, else I would have also mentioned Jack.
