ahh sorry but i dont like to drive my car, i prefer to just stand next to it looking good in a parking lot...

but in all seriousness i would like to go but it just so happens that i have to go race my bike down in the springs that weekend. i actually get paid for it and make a living from it unlike these guys who take them selves too serious for something that will never be more than a hobby to them

btw that comment wasn't towards you Russ

I'd be interested in attending this! Do you guys ever get together and drive to the events? I still haven't unpacket/found the lugnuts for my fun tires, but I'm going to keep digging through my boxes... In case I don't find them by thursday, is the "street survival" another auto-x on the 26th? If so, where is Avon CO?

For events that at are in the Springs we'll caravan sometimes but often you have to be there so early in the morning that getting together is not realistic

You could always sign-up (no-charge until you get to the event), if you can't find those lugs though I've got an extra set of gorilla lugs that you could probably borrow.

Street Survival is a teen driving clinic to keep the young-ins from killing themselves out on the streets. You probably wouldn't want to go to that but there are plenty of events between now and October.

No worries brp, I will definitely agree with you that some people take it far to seriously.

I want to get more involved with this this year. I want to ride with juice and then come try it myself. I wonder how bad my lip might get if I hit some cones

Thanks a lot for the offer, but I think I'll sit out this weekend. I still have too much stuff left in the garage that needs unpacking. Hey, let me know when the next autox is, though. I'll probably have my car retuned for this altitude by then, too!

Thanks, again
