We don't really include the o2 when talking about the exhaust, since it requires a lot more work to install. it does touch the DP, but you can do the whole TBE without removing anything, but to do the o2, you have to remove the radiator or the turbo. Even so, what you're basically asking is if an SS o2 and a catless TBE are good mods. Yes, they are. As for the brands, I wouldn't use any of the ones you listed.
Is there a particular reason you don't just want a single 3" TBE from one manufacturer? There's nothing special about the Helix DP or Perrin TP, and the HKS cat-back is less than 3" while costing as much as a full TBE. That's my input.
