Question Help with my hallman mbc

Ok so i got the hallman mbc hooked up. I chose the bov connection instead of the turbo nipple. I also installed the heavy spring that came with the pro rx kit. So i can control my boost from inside the car heres my issue. I read in some forums to tune at WOT in 3rd and 4th gear to set my mbc. I set it at 20 psi and by redline in 3rd it tapers down to 18 and in 4th down to 18.5 19psi. Is this normal? or do i have a leak somewhere?

Normal. That initial boost level is commonly refered to as mid range boost spike, and the spike can be a bit higher than what you want you boost set at as long as you have good fuel and some way to monitor engine health. Most people let it spike up to 21 and drop down to around 19.5 after it settles down on 91 octane fuel. You can go a bit higher on 93 or 94 octane.
