I need info on the Greddy T-67 kit please!

I might be buying my first evo here very soon! It has a decent amount of mods on it including the Greddy T-67 kit.

I don't want a turbo that's primarily used for drag racing applications, so I was wondering if anybody knew if it was possible to just 'swap' this turbo out for another more responsive (perhaps ball bearing) Garrett unit.

I would like to make about 450 to the wheels with good transient boost response.

Thanks everybody for your help!

Joe

It might be very possible. I can't say for sure because I've never gotten my greasy hands on a turbo that large. The key is going to be what the greddy turbo is based on; a straight T4, T3/T4 hybrid, or something totally different??? You might have to change the exhaust manifold's outlet flange, source the turbo of your choice, fab piping, and a downpipe...
Maybe
