JohnEB and JustDSM at it again, New Build!

Well after 3 months of having the 30r setup and having a shop royally mess my motor up during a springs and retainers install I have decided to strip her down and start over with the following mods.

Engine,

4" inlet pipe w/ K&N filter
AMS Race FMIC/Piping
Tial BOV
Works Bored Throttlebody w/ HD Shaft Seals
AMS VSR Intake manifold
Cosworth CNC Ported Cylinder Head
AMS GT35R Turbo
AMS TBE
AMS 2.3L Shortblock
AMS Custom Fuel System w/ Aeromotive Regulator and Twin Pumps
AMS 1000cc injectors
AMS Fuel rail
Denso Iridium Plugs (One step colder)
HKS DLI II
HKS EVC VI
Aquamist HS-5 Meth injection
Custom 75 shot N20 setup from JustDSM
AEM EMS

Drivetrain,

Exedy Twin Heavy Duty Cerametallic Clutch
Shep Built Trans

Exterior,

Cwest front bumper (ask if you must)
JDM IX rear bumper
Advan RS 18x9 rims in dark gun metallic
Falken Azenis 245-40-R18

And a few other goodies we'll not mention.

Here are some pics of her stripped down.

Of course all tuning will be done by yours truly Justin (JustDSM), We are hoping to breach the 650-700awhp mark .

Any questions or comments please post up!

Can't wait to see how it turns out, however, I wish you could have gotten to the track a few times on the stock turbo and on the GT30. By the time you have 650whp, it's going to be too late for learning how to drive it. It's gonna be one scary situation when you put that thing on track for the first time (on street tires probably).

Not snow tires, but even street tires will be pretty useless. Unless you plan to go straight to drag radials or slicks, which will require a burnout and such, you're going to have a pretty dangerous setup. Either way, it's going to be very difficult to learn how to race it when you didn't get a chance at lower power levels. Even at 300whp, it's difficult to master. You might have to let me take it down the strip a few times to get it broken in for you.

Triple metallic, thats why I sold you my clutch.... it would have took the 650-700hp that we are shooting for but for how long was the question... you know as well as me you don't want to drop that tranny again for a long time.

thats a lot of power you are going to be putting down. 350whp isn't easy to deal with daily. 650 is insane. good luck keeping the wheel straight

Well my last setup had close to 500 with race gas... wasn't that bad even with snow tires.
