so after a lot of time money and talking this is what we have come up with for my 05 evo 8. figured i would post everything here so you guys can give me the pros and cons or any advice.

* BOLTONS
* megan racing 3in tbe
*24x12x4 intercooler
* custom intake

* INTERNALS
* kelfor 280i/272e cams
*pistons (dunno yet, need more advice/research)
*rods(dunno yet, need more advice/research)
*act 6 puck clutch and flywheel
* all new valve train.

*turbo setup
* borg warner T3 exhaust housing turbo/ possibly a T4 exhaust housing but i am told i would need to go 4 inch exhaust if we went t4 exhaust side.
*tial wastegate
*tial bov
* custom made mani


*tunning/fuel
*AEM ems
*3 bar map sensor
*AEM wide band
*RC1000cc injectors

this is my setup i am currently planning on. if u have any suggestions questions or anything please feel free to post, good or bad. we are lookin for about 650-800 awhp out of this set up so plz plz feel free to post guys.

why go with a act clutch and not a twin disc setup? That is where I would spend some money. why not run the stock ecu and tune it with ecu flash i have seen daily driven 600whp evos just tuned with ecuflash. Good luck with your setup. when do you plan on doing all this stuff? i would also look at a built tranny, t-case and rear diff.
