LOL well I already told you I was looking but you kept saying you were holding onto it. However now I'm considering selling my Evo so I probly won't have much use for it.

i cant believe you pushed a company's turbo to the "limit"...shame on you...you pay for another turbo!....wait...what??

honestly, i think that fp has put out great turbos in the past but, in your case, they neeed to own up to the fact that the turbo you bought was a total POS and replace it...either way i hope you get ur car back on the road soon, and im looking forward to seeing it in person.

Good luck dude

So what was the cause of the turbo failure?

I think it was a weak part in side the turbo. Maybe a shaft or something with a hairline crack that got past inspection. That is my take on it at least. Becasue they use Harden steel and it is easy to not notice a little crack on stuff like that. We will see thos Larry He mailed it in Yesterday.

This make me want to cry... What was the cause of the failure? Did the turbo have shaft play when u first got it?

Pretty sure it was a bearing failure but really idk yet. It didn't have a hint of play when I put it on.
