-You should go with 1000s. Period. When you go with the bigger turbo you will
have to go bigger on the whole fuel system.
There is no problem maxing out your turbo.
Fuel Pressure regulator is not needed yet.
I run the stock fuel rail.
There is no problem starting your car with 1000's
I will tune your car for you if you want. I have a ton of experience with E85 and tuning them.
