My 08 EvO GSR

I bought my 08 Evo GSR just recently and have a couple of questions.
1.) I'm looking for a trust worthy tuner shop in Houston / Katy that knows what they are doing with Mitsubishi performance cars, particularly with Evo's........is there one?
2.) I have access certain times of the year to short tracks for performance maneuvering.
I'm concerned of over revving my engine. How close to red lining can I get for each gear? I believe I will not get to 5th or possibly 4th.

if you hit redline in a OEM tuned car even a aftermarket tune with have a rev limiter. it will bounce off of it until it blows or you let off. you will be fine just learn where your redline is. if you just are running it hard and not paying attention and it blows, that can only be user error.
