On October 25 2008, T.M.C. memebers from Houston and Austin will be invading your territory in search of junk parts from your local scrap yard. If you want to join our cause and search, feel free to meet us at the Golden Corral parking lot on Cockrell Hill and I-30 around 10am. Bring tools and comfortable work clothes, and most important: drink plenty of fluids. Hope to see some of you guys there

The Junkyard Run
September 6th
Taking interest for folks who wants to drive to Dallas for 8g/3g/DSM/Evo etc.. parts for cheap price. Since Houston junkyards rarely stock (good) parts for a good price, I've been driving to Dallas since 2003 looking for the best quality used parts at reasonable prices. DFW has the most 8g/3g owners in the state of Texas. For those who knew Rez (rez887) he buys parts from these junkyard at dirt cheap prices. For example, the black leather 3g seats he bought it for $185 a pair (good condition too) and if you buy it in Houston (if you can find one that is) it may go twice depending on the condition.
