Tires pressure

Hi. Recently I installed Enkei RPF1 18 x 8.5 with Falken Azenis RT-615 (245-40-18).Whats the perfect pressure for street and for track days? Thanks.

For street, run 35-37psi or so. For track, bump them up to 40f/42r cold and monitor them after runs to see how much they inflate when hot.

There isn't an amount that they HAVE to inflate, but I would expect them to go up 4-5psi to the mid 40s. If they go higher than that, then let out some pressure.

Why so much pressure? It will drive like a balloon. You will get better gas mileage but it will wear the tire on the center. Do what you like and feel better for you but for me the car feels like its bouncing too much and it is too stiff on the pot-holes.
