rookhoe I used to live in orlando but now i'm in norfolk va. well i got good news I mean REALLY GOOD news. I found the problem it was the evc selenoid that was not leting me pass 18 psi, wish that is the stock boost(psi) for the car, this morning i test it again (not with the evc gauge) i got a regular boost gauge also, and it was holding good, then it just cross to my mind for the hell of it disconnect the evc and test it with a manual pressure adjuster(an air compressor one) and little by little i was able to raise it to 25 and tapers to 23 psi , i was like a duck with 2 behinds jeje, so 2morrow i'm on the market of a boost conrol, like the one that rookhoe mention, or a hallman mbc. something simple and the ecv back to hks for warranty if it got some, then to sale it.and after i installed it tha make sure that is ok then iwill take it to the dyno..thanks a LOT for your replys..

Its good to hear that you've got it figured out. The ECU controlled boost is the way to go in my opinion. But there are a couple of other things that you have to buy to go with it. If you want to go that route, just ask. But there is nothing wrong with the Hallman if you just want a simple setup for boost control.
