question about evos

i live in washington state and going to attend mission race way soon but my friend has gone there and doesn't see to many evos are there evo 8 and 9 now legal in canada cause a few years ago i took mine across the border and everyone was staring at me.

so whats your question? you can get 8's and 9's in canada now, i'm not sure how they go about it but they can title them there.
