Could do better?
All he had was an intake, exhaust, an EBC, and a tune.
He cut a 1.6 sec. 60 foot on the stock clutch!

Huh? On pump gas, it doesn't get much better than that on an 03 with the stock clutch. This is superb driving.

I think that his evo was ported from japan. He had adjustable headlights and an intercooler sprayer! I never heard an intercooler sprayer in US... think stock evo's in japan are little quicker than in US. But maybe iam wrong...

Are you trying to be funny? In 03s the Evo's came with a water sprayer for the intercooler. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...ticleId=100430

The only options besides colors in 03 was the wing and sunroof. Intercooler sprayer and adjustable HID headlights were standard

Yes, IC sprayers were the norm until 05 when we started getting ACD. Same with HIDs and the SSL package...
