...but not at altitude. Squeaked out an 11.97 at Fontana, which is East of LA and 110 miles from where I am at Qualcomm in San Diego. Decent traps, but poor driving - first time in 2 years and first time on this Exedy Twin HD, so the mistakes were my fault. 115+ mph traps were decent but not great - capable of more with some improvement on the timing, I think.
I was actually hoping to improve my previous 12.30 @ 109.5 in CO (before E-85, FMIC, IC pipes, IX turbo) to a 12.0-12.1 while still at altitude, so an 11.97 isn't that exciting, but this wasn't equal driving to my 12.30. This trap is good for low 11.8s or maybe a high 11.7 with my normal driving, but coulda woulda shoulda!! Got my 11 at least!
sweet times man. i'm actually headed to topgun raceway here in lovely fallon nv to hopefully crack 11's with my cams. hopefully the stock clutch lasts.
Congrats on the time, But you said you are on stock turbo? are you not on the IX turbo? then this is not stock, it you are on the IX turbo.... Just thought id point that out.
The IX turbo is a stock turbo. Even with a IX turbo, I don't have MIVEC, a IX ECU, nor the IX head that has higher knock resistance.
My turbo also has a ported hotside, but people don't go around saying "stock turbo with IX compressor and ported 10.5 exhaust housing." It's a stock turbo - I didn't say the turbo was stock.

I do... I always say "My car has a stock turbo with a megan 02 housing attached to a Megan down pipe. The stock turbo attached to a ported stock manifold and ETS lower intercooler piping attached to the compressor outlet. It is then fed into an ETS 3" Intercooler and then into an ETS upper piping into a 65mm throttle body and then into a ported intake manifold and then into a MIVEC head and then into a stock combustion chamber with stock pistons, valves, etc. and the process starts all over again."
By that time the person either looks like this or is completely gone...
At 115.4, no...just an 11.8. With more time for you to work in some badass timing to the equation for drag, then I could probably do it with 117mph traps.
that's one of my goals with my new purchase, my evo IX .... I want to do the 11s with stock turbo and stock ECU ... after that goal, I will buy my kit HTA86 gtx3582 or even do not know what ...
