How to Install an Aftermarket Radiator - EVO X

As some of you may know, I'm a newbie to this site and the whole EVO world.

Being that I am a newb, I have been researching companies, browsing available parts for my X, and looking up how to install them.

lol i havent even gone that route yet and i dont have my X yet. my X is coming later this summer though. My evo viii with the 172k i have on it still is on the stock radiator and maitence on that is not bad. My X will be torn down and redone before its even broken in, lol.

yep taking 2 weeks off when i buy it so i can strap on some parts that will be here before the car will. its going to be a fun toy.

What exactly is going to be happening with the car?

well since noone really from my area is on here. here is the run down.

Goal 500whp mustang dyno stock frame turbo, corner monster

19x10 wheels super aggressive offset with 285/30's on every wheel.
very low stance with probably some BC coilovers, corner balence of course.
all done with basic bolt ons and cams and a custom tune from shadow tuning here in MD.

The car will be stripped as soon as i get it shedding all excess weight and maybe looking for a bolt in cage option, but i have to be able to keep the rear seat i got a kid that will be in the back from time to time. for the most the car will be a toy. Looking into some aggressive aero now to make it stick to the road. But i want all the power and some luxury with the nav system. gotta ride in style! My current evo 8 will still be my daily and will be receiving some upgrades from the X such as wheels and possibly front seats. the evo 8 will get a minor rebuild with possibly a cbrd bbk turbo to still have fun on my ride to work.

I'm going to tke my time and plan out the build fully coming up since i will be off work for 3 months due to surgery. all details and specs will be kept secret until its out and about running where i think it should be.

As always the new one will feature a full LED interior and exterior setup just like my current evo 8 all designed and put together by me.

I hear ya on the back seat. I have a 4 year old, but he tells me he likes the somewhat bumpy ride LOL. He's already a little gear head who likes to try and fix his power wheels truck when the battery dies.
