THey are several hundred pounds heavier than VIIIs and IXs, which is a bad thing...it basically erases any power gains, but the new electronics still allow it to handle slightly better than previous Evos.
I haven't seen anyone push it to its limits yet, but the Puerto Ricans did hit 10.9s on one already, and an AMS-sponsored one recently set a track record for its class during a NASA Time Trial event.
