Not sure what you mean by flashing due to TSB, but you can always reflash yourself again with whatever maps you have. You should have both your stock map and tuned map now and can use either whenever you want.
where can i get a stock rom for a 03 VIII? my current rom is all jacked, shows me at +4 on the short fuel trim, and 0.03 O2 signal.. car just idles horrible. timing jumps between 5 and 23.
You find it on your stock ECU, if you're still using it. Weren't you asking for a Power FC map recently, or was that someone else? Not sure how EcuFlash will help if using a PowerFC.
If using the stock ECU, you'd need to follow my tutorial here. Get the cable and software, install and connect, then download your current ROM. Send your ROM with your list of mods/boost/octane to an e-flash tuner like Dynoflash, and he will tune it and send back the new ROM that you then upload and have fun.
The Power FC is on my brothers Evo, Mine is having problems,I have all the cables/programs, and found the imo. code. 2E9A. Im running a completely stock map, but for some reason the car wont idle correctly. Seems like it is running on 2Cyl, and is really rich. Can smell the fuel. Also my Anti Lock light wont go out, Car didnt act like this until that light came on after a drive. Dont know what to do.. any suggestions?
how long does it usually take for Dynoflash to send you a file back? I sent mine almost a week ago. havnt hurd back yet. Just wondering if i should send again, or just wait it out.
Did you send to the right email address? He only uses his one specific email addy for e-flashes. I think it's something like eflashroms@dynoflash.com or something like that. Also, do you have a JDM ECU?
that email didnt work, ill try to find it somewhere. Went to dynoflash web page, but didnt find anything. I sent my last flash to his other email (the info one).
