Installed my Zeitronix display and boost sensor

Well I finally got around to taking the ZT-2 out of my eclipse and buying a boost sensor and display to use in the Evo. Here's some pics.

The mess I made to put it in...

I used a TT harness to power it so that I would not have to hack any of the stock wiring. I know there are other options like fuse taps and add-a-fuses, but I wanted to go with something I knew would work without blowing a fuse and give me a cleaner look too.

Also, since I won't be doing any tuning on the Evo myself, I'm using it solely as a boost gauge just so I can keep an eye out for any boost leaks developing. Otherwise, I would have gotten the ECU harness so I could also wire it up for RPMs, TPS, etc. And before you think "You spent $500 just to have a boost gauge? " I will be alternating it between cars and the features to tune will be used on my eclipse.

Where the ZT-2 brain is installed....

It's a bit of a tight fit, but it does fit and is easily accessible.

Boost sensor...

The display installed...

Some may think it's in a bad spot but I did it for a few reasons. First off, like said it's just being used to keep an eye on boost, second I'm going to make a cover for where it is so that it can't be seen from the outside when I don't want it to or I don't have to look at it when I don't want to. Oh and it's just a bit smaller than the size of that compartment so just a little bit of velcro is being used to hold it in place perfectly

I may end up putting together a write-up, but it's definetly not a complete wideband install so IDK how useful it would be.

Done I had too many pics though so I just linked them all. I still think it could have used another 10 pics or so
