How much knock before the ecu pulls timing?

I've just started using evoscan. From the few WOT logs I've done I've seen it hold timing steady and advance timing during 1-2 counts of knock. I've seen it pull timing for 3-4 counts of knock.

Yep, that's right, Larry. I think it's supposed to be like this:

0-3 counts = timing advances
4-7 counts = timing stays flat
7+ - timing retards

It's probably not exact like that, but you'll see similar behavior when logging.

On mine it starts pulling it around 4&5 counts i think it varies....
