i have three question any help anyone ??
all these question are related to an evolution 4 engine thnxxxx

4. What type of ignition system does your car run- where is the crank
> angle sensor (CAS) or distributor trigger wheel and what type is it
> (Optical/LED Sensor? Hall Sensor? VR Sensor?)

> 5. How many teeth/windows/slots and what orientation does the CAS, crank
> trigger, and/or distributor wheel have? (any missing? all evenly spaced?)

> 7. Does this engine have a fast idle valve (IAC)? If so, how many wires
> are connected to it? Do you know if it is an on/off, pulse width
> modulated, thermal, or stepper type?

most of us here do not wn anything below a evo 8 so it will be hard to comment on this. Maybe looking for a full tech manual will help or speaking with your local mitsu dealer about your particular car.

ok i will order a full tech cause i tried a dozen forums every one knows 8 and up .

there should be a few of the manuals online.

Most people only know the evo 8 and up because that is what was first available to us in the United States. So yes, your best bet would be a tech manual.
