Northern California Tuners!

Hey guys,
I am just about to finish up my setup for my car and now its time to look for a tuner. I heard a while back by Warrtalon that vishnu tunning in the Northern California area was not the best place to go. i did my reserch on it and i decided not to go with them. But lately i havent found another tuner that would be able to tune my car, so my question is. does anyone know any good tuners in the northern cali. area??

Vishnu knows how to tune - I just don't think it's worth $750 when you can get the same tune for $150. Unfortunately, I don't know the CA landscape well enough to suggest anyone else up North.
