Anyone using one of these? I'm thinking of getting one and looking for some feedback. I don't need a gauge, I don't want to do sensor calibrations, and I don't want to spend over $200.
I personally have never use this wideband. I had a friend that used it in his evo. He never had an issue with it. When he went to a 35r he got a wideband that can log. I personally use the lc1 but you dont want to mess with calibrations
Its fairly simple. It comes with a push button for calibration and an led. All you do is undo the sensor from your dp and hit the calibration button or do it through the software it comes with. Just needs to be in free air.
Now the first calibration that you do can be a pain but not really. You need to do a heater calibration. Just unhook the sensor from the lc1 it self give it power for 20 seconds. Plug the sensor back into the lc1 and then do the free air calibration with the sensor in the lc1 but out of the dp. Occasionally you need to do free air calibration. If your car sits for like 15-20hrs you can do the calibration with the sensor in the dp. The only time you need to do the heater calibration is when you replace the sensor itself
it is a good product. price is kinda high. the bungs you can get from any exhaust shop, most of the time for free. i do have to admit it is an efficent logger.
