So I emailed Jestr Tuning...

Hey Guys I have been working away for a while and havent done anything with the car for the past 2 months .
Am 10 days shy of getting home and am planning to tune the car through an e/flash with jestr. I havent received a return mail yet but will see what happens.

In anycase here is the list of mods..

->3" TBE (Custom mandrel bent to fit nicely)
->K&N Drop In
->Greddy Profec B specII EBC set @ 1.4 bar
->Greddy Spec M Intercooler & LICP
->Warlbro 255lph Fuel Pump
The gas at the pumps here is 93/94 octane.

What would i get in terms of whp with this setup?

Cheers

Depends on the dyno, the correction factor, the ambient temps, the humidity, the altitude, the true boost levels, and the aggressiveness of the tune. It's best to put it on the dyno, get the results, then discuss. Bench dyno'ing and bench racing are not too useful.

1081 $ is a hunk of change though...i should perhaps wait for my O2 housing to arrive before hand...

Hold on, I think 05evo was confused. He didn't realize you were talking about an e-flash using EcuFlash vs a custom dyno tune with Ecutek, which is just an overpriced flashing software.

Dxbtune, yes, you can always make more power RELIABLY with a CUSTOM flash in person. It doesn't have to be on a dyno - it can just be on the street - but both are usually better than an e-flash. However, if the EcuTek flash is going to cost you $1081 vs the Jestr flash for $50, then I highly doubt you'll see gains that are worth that extra $1000. I would get the Jestr e-flash, then stick it up the asses of those nimrods who are still using EcuTek when they could be using EcuFlash and offering much better prices to their customers.

Wait, 1081$ for ecutek? Thats too much! Warrtalon is right, you need your self a Mail Tune flash, which you can finded at dynoflash.com. Good thing that after day recieve your ECU, they flash and send you the same day FedEx Overnight!

I live in Dubai and its going to take a while...
So.. what has been suggested to me is that i download my base map?! and send that i via emaill with the list of my mods and he will me the new map for 52$ which i will upload back into my Car...
My freind has the cable for it so thats not a worry...
Did i miss anything important...because that what i'm planning on doing...
And should i just wait to get my 02 housing installed first? before uploading it?
how much of a difference will it make?..

Yes you correct, but make shure you do it right. But it would be better if you send your ECU to dynoflash with list of mods, for under $200. But wait for Warrtalon, he should give you the best answer. O2 housing wont make any differents before or after flash. The main controled mods in e-flash is your fuel and air.

05Evo, no, it doesn't make sense for him to send his ECU across the Atlantic Ocean. His best bet is to use EcuFlash to get an e-flash through email that he can load himself with no hassle. Dynoflash also does e-flashes, but he stopped advertising them, because he got way too many requests, so he only does them occasionally.

Dxb, you need to get your own cable, man. It's good that your buddy has one, but you should really have your own if you're going to go this route. You'll never know when you might need it to flash back to stock if something goes wrong or to change the launch limiter at the track - there's countless things.

You also need your own laptop, you need to download EcuFlash, you need to install it, and get it in sync with your laptop. You can't do this without the cable, so get it from your friend and do it. After everything is sync'd up and working, you can download your stock ROM and send it to Jestr.
