At what load point does it switch from closed loop to open loop?

At what load point does it switch from closed loop to open loop?
Just wondering if any knows really quick. I have to change some fuel cells in the map for part throttle cruising. From just using the pocketlogger it show 60%, but I don't know if it's right though because the logger will never read over 100% load, even though I know I'm over that point on the map. I'll hook up the laptop tonight at see what I get that way, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows really quick, or what they are getting?

Ran some logs with evoscan; 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears, street and freeway driving, cruising and giving a gradual increase of throttle. It looks like it switches between 60 and 80% load, depending on driving conditions.
