well i am new to this site but have had my evo since aug 05. i am still new to it, light mods k&n cone filter, perrin mbc, autometer boost gauge. i want to add the turboback from BR, and the tune BR send with their safc. pretty much just want to break the 12 sec mark, make pretty good power too. let me know the best way! guideance needed.

Great idea on getting the BR TBE, but you absolutely do NOT want the SAFC. Just get a flash, and you'll be much happier. It will make more power and not cost as much as the SAFC.

Your car is already capable of 12s, so with the TBE and flash, you'll have an easy 12-sec car even with poor driving. You will just need to also get a Walbro fuel pump and DV (BOV) to go with the rest of your mods, then you'll have a complete stage 1 Evo. For the DV, get a JDM MR DV or Forge RS. With this combo of mods, I ran 12.26 on 93oct.
