Attaching a front license plate

alright i bought a japanese custom license plate and i need to attach it to the front end of my evo x mr, but heres the catch, theres no place for bolts or screws, just pure bumper and grill. anyone have some ideas or know exactly what to do?

if you bought a japense custom plate then you will probably need to fabricate a way to put it on, or just screw it into the bumper.

Is it the size of a American one or a Japanese one? I have a kit to mount a American one that i will sell cheap.
